We notice a few of the same questions come up quite often, so we thought we’d write you a handy blog! We hope we can answer some of your FAQ’s and save you a bit of time.

Do you have Glamping Tents left ?

Yes! We do have a few Glamping options left for this years festival. Bell Tents, Deluxe Bell Tents and Forest Lodges here! We also have Ticket + Glamping packages available here

When will my tickets arrive? 

Don’t worry, your tickets for Truck will be at least 3 weeks before the festival opens its gates! If you wish to change the address of your ticket or any other ticket enquiries please email ticketing@truckfestival.com

Do you sell day tickets?

Unfortunately we are super rock and roll and if you Truck, you Truck for the entire weekend! We only sell weekend tickets for the festival and no day tickets. You can leave and enter as you please, but please note you can only bring alcohol in upon first entry!

Can I add on parking?

Yes! Car Parking tickets cost £10 online, you can add on parking by contacting ticketing@truckfestival.com – Alternatively, it will be available upon arrival to the site but will cost £20 on the gate

Will there be Shuttle Buses from Didcot Parkway Railway Station to the Festival?

Yes there will be! Our lovely friends at Thames Travel for shuttle buses to get you from Didcot Parkway and the Festival site, safe & sound. They will be services running on Friday, Sunday and Monday. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver and are £3.50 one way, or £5.00 return. Full details and timetable can be found here

What are the rules with Alcohol?

As you all know, the welfare of each and every Trucker is the most important thing to us as festival organisers. We are celebrating our 20th Birthday this year, and to safeguard the future of the festival, we have been asked by local authorities to impose a restriction on Re-Entry to the festival with alcohol and to stop attendees taking alcohol from the campsites into the arena. Security

We are continually liaising with the security and local police to ensure the safety of our customers. Searches are a condition of entry and there will be intensive bag searches taking place on all gates to the festival and there are police present on site at all times during the festival. We have 24/7 security and stewards who are there for your protection, watching over things so that everyone can enjoy the festival as much as possible.

We have consulted with local authorities to ensure the safety of our customers, and will continue to follow advice from them over the coming months.
